I once sat through a BigCo presentation about a new line of offerings and the first slide was an indecipherable wall of text explaining how they aren’t liable for anything and any problems are your own fault.

To avoid that pain, here's the 101 on Ts & Cs...

It’s early days so the product is delivered as is with no guarantees and we might change the business model. However, here are some things we won’t change:

• Your data is your data
• We won’t train any models on your data without asking you 
• If we do (we don’t plan to) we will make it super easy to opt out
• We will take reasonable precautions to protect your data
• BYO AI. We believe in the concept of Open AI not the company. While we can’t do it yet (limited resources etc) we can’t wait to support any language model you’d like

We think 8 USD/month is a reasonable price but as mentioned it’s early days so we may change the business model. If you sign up as an early adopter to the 8 USD/month price we will make sure to look after you as one of our first believers.
